For my rehearsal dinner they only took a reservation about an hour ahead. Not sure of there official policy.

They weren't the last time we were there, but the State has now mandated it unless eating or drinking. So you may need to wear one until you are seated.

William Smith the dining room is not open. You can order over the phone or they will take your order when you arrive. I don't think they have an online option though.
